What is Hypnosis?
In this state, your subconscious is far more open to positive suggestions that can help you change your beliefs, habits, behavior’s, or emotions. You are also more aware of your inner resources and abilities that can help you overcome challenges or achieve goals.
Hypnosis is not something that someone does to you, but rather something that you do with someone else’s guidance or by yourself. You are always in control and can choose to accept or reject any suggestion.
You cannot be hypnotized against your will or made to do something that goes against your values or morals. Hypnosis is not a form of sleep or unconsciousness, but rather a state of relaxed alertness. You can hear everything that is said and remember everything that happens.

“It is the brilliance of our inner light that we fear, not the darkness!”
Will Hypnosis Help with My Issue?
Because I want to be certain that I can help you with your personal issue, I always offer a complimentary initial consultation, this can take place over the telephone, or via zoom.
This is a great opportunity for us to meet each other, for you to tell me a little more about your particular issue and most importantly what you would like to change and achieve
From here I can give you a much more honest opinion to whether hypnosis would help you.
Can I Really Be Hypnotized?
Many people have a perception of what hypnosis is and isn’t, and the truth is it is never a case of whether you can be hypnotized, or not, because you have been hypnotized before, hundreds of times before. Watching television, driving your car, reading a book…all of this is hypnosis. It’s a natural state everyone goes in and out of daily!
Generally, every mentally healthy person can be hypnotized with the right preparation and willingness to engage. In fact, everyone experiences a brief hypnotic state twice a day—right before falling asleep and just before waking up.
Hypnosis is one of the most effective methods for achieving desired changes, as it works by applying guided imagination.
Is Hypnosis Scientifically Proven?
Yes, there are over 200 studies proving the effectiveness of hypnosis. Hypnosis or hypnotherapy is not an esoteric practice but a scientifically recognized method.
Since 2006, hypnosis has been recognized by the Scientific Advisory Board for Psychotherapy as a sound method. Hypnosis offers a fast, effective, and cause-oriented approach to addressing issues by positively reprogramming the subconscious mind.
What is the Subconscious?
How does Hypnosis Feel?
Hypnosis feels like a light state of daydreaming or drifting off to sleep. You remain conscious and aware of everything being said. During your first session, you’ll experience and enjoy your unique hypnosis sensation.
Are You Powerless during Hypnosis?
No, during hypnosis, you are not powerless. On the contrary, it requires willpower to relax and let go. You won’t reveal secrets or act against your moral values. Hypnosis doesn’t mean unconsciousness; you’re focused and alert. Your subconscious can end the hypnosis at any time if necessary.
